Udall-Martin Associates conducted an ecological assessment for a proposed large-scale residential development in Coalville, Leicestershire.
The site included a former allotment and two large grassland fields surrounded by mature trees. This involved an Extended Phase-1 habitat survey, desk study and a further Phase-2 survey (reptile survey). Other Phase-2 surveys recommended may go ahead in 2012. We produced an ecological assessment report.
