Udall-Martin Associates conduced an ecological assessment for a proposed residential development in Silverstone, Northamptonshire. This involved Extended Phase-1 habitat survey, desk study and further Phase-2 survey (roosting bat survey).
A pipistrelle bat roost was recorded. We produced an ecological assessment report and a separate bat report including detailed mitigation and licensing advice.
