BREEAM for Education, Fire Stations and Retail Projects

BREEAM & CSH assessments & provided specialist ecological advice

Numerous BREEAM Land Use and Ecology assessments for a variety of projects in Birmingham, Greater Manchester, Leicester, Rutland, Wakefield, Sheffield, Staffordshire and West Yorkshire.

Projects included refurbishments and extensions of two fire station sites in Leicestershire and Rutland using the BREEAM Bespoke 2008 Guidance, extension works at Newman College in Birmingham using the BREEAM Education 2008 Guidance and public house developments and car retail developments in Leicester, Sheffield and Wakefield using the BREEAM New Construction 2011 Guidance.

We also produced a BREEAM report (for education) and associated management plan for a site near Harrogate. We provided advice on practical enhancement measures for each site, including the creation of habitats which are of conservation priority such as Biodiversity Action Plan priority habitats.

Work carried out for a number of architects, a leading car retailer, several engineering companies and environmental companies between 2008 and 2012.
