Habitat Creation and Restoration Plan for Power Station in Nottinghamshire

Habitat Creation and restoration plan for West Burton power station

Habitat creation and restoration plan for West Burton Power Station in Nottinghamshire.

The habitat creation was mitigation for the construction of a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Plant. The plan recommended habitats which were conservation priorities in Nottinghamshire, including species-rich grassland, hedgerows and scrub/ woodland. In 1999 Susie Udall (at a previous employment) produced a habitat creation plan for a large-scale development at the same site.

Contracted by an environmental company in 2007.
